If you have a picky eater, you must have your child try this super kid-friendly recipe! It’s vegetarian, low in fat, low in calories, and (this will knock your socks off) … fairly healthy!
Strawberry Fields Roll-up | Kid-Friendly Recipe
Ingredients (per roll-up):
- One soft tortilla (I use Azteca fajita-size, found in refrigerator section)
- Strawberry cream cheese spread (here I use Philadelphia 1/3 less fat)
- Field or Spring greens
- 2-3 large strawberries, sliced thin
Spread strawberry cream cheese over one tortilla.
Lightly layer greens, then top with sliced strawberries. Roll up, and cut in half for easy serving.
It’s that simple, and sooo good (I just had to eat this one after photographing it, just to be sure)!

Love this idea. I want to make this for my work lunch. I don’t like to eat anything to heavy at work. It tends to slow me down. This looks like the perfect snack! I’m excited to make this.
