FREE Summer Concerts in Fishers

The 2011 Summer Concert series in Fishers is set to kick off next Tuesday, June 7th, on the lawn in front of the Fishers Town Hall each Tuesday evening through July, from 7-9pm.

We love to take the family to these concerts. Sometimes we pack a picnic or pick up KFC and eat before the concert begins, staking our spot with blankets and lawn chairs. These concerts are FREE and open to the public. If you get a spot near the center driveway (blocked off from cars), the kids like to run around, wave sparklers, play catch or draw with chalk.

Here’s the lineup for the 2011 season:

June 7              Parrots of the Caribbean (a salute to Jimmy Buffett)
June 14            The Britles
June 21            Peace Train
June 28            BBI
July 5               Living Proof
July 12             New Shining Star (a tribute to Earth, Wine and Fire)
July 19             Dave & Rae
