Skinny Pumpkin Dip Recipe

  • 8 oz greek cream cheese (may substitute 1/2 block regular or light cream cheese blended with 4 oz Greek plain yogurt)
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  1. Blend softened cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin and mix well.

  2. Mix in pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Slowly add powdered sugar until combined.

  3. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with grapes, apple slices, honey graham sticks and pretzels.
