I've been wanting to find a quick chicken artichoke recipe, this skillet dish was easy and delicious!

Chicken Artichoke Skillet Recipe

  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 artichoke hearts can quartered
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken until no longer pink, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and artichoke hearts.
  4. Add tomato sauce, basil and oregano; stir until combined. Heat for 5-6 minutes on medium-low. Serve on top of pasta if desired.
